In & Out Furniture is one of Egypt's best-known furniture retailers, with over 800 employees and 8 showrooms nationwide. Despite their dominant physical presence, they had no transactional online channel. Competitors had websites but none displayed pricing. The opportunity was to be the first in Egypt to give customers a real, trustworthy buying experience.
We built the platform on Magento with a responsive design built around In & Out's catalog and showroom identity. The key differentiator was price transparency. We integrated a secure payment gateway and built navigation around furniture categories. At launch, In & Out became the go-to online destination for Egyptian furniture buyers.
The Challenge
How do you make a furniture purchase feel trustworthy online when no one in the Egyptian market had done it yet?
By leading with the thing competitors feared: pricing. We gave every product a clear price, integrated a secure payment gateway, and built the experience around confidence rather than enquiry forms. In & Out was the only furniture retailer in Egypt where a customer could browse, compare, and buy without calling anyone.
