Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creiden website, located at creiden.com, and any related content, materials, or services provided through the site (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Creiden is a software agency headquartered in Alexandria, Egypt. We design and build web platforms, mobile applications, e-learning platforms, e-commerce systems, and AI-powered solutions for clients in 15+ countries.

The Site is informational. It does not, in itself, constitute an offer to provide services. Engagements between Creiden and clients are governed by separate written agreements (master service agreements, statements of work, or equivalent).

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or any networks connected to it.
• Use any automated means to access the Site for the purpose of harvesting content or data without our prior written consent.
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any portion of the Site, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

The Site, including its design, layout, source code, logos, marks, written content, imagery, and case studies, is owned by Creiden or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you submit about the Site or our services may be used by Creiden without restriction or compensation.

When you contact us through the Site (for example, via the contact form or by email), you are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through the Site unless we have agreed in writing on a secure channel for doing so.

Nothing on the Site creates a contractual relationship to provide services. Any engagement between you and Creiden becomes binding only when reflected in a written agreement signed by both parties (such as a master service agreement and an associated statement of work).

Case studies, testimonials, and other content on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes. They are not promises or guarantees of equivalent outcomes for any future engagement.

The Site may include links to websites or resources operated by third parties. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creiden disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creiden, its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you have paid Creiden, if any, for use of the Site, or (ii) USD 100.

These limitations do not apply to obligations under signed engagement agreements, which are governed separately.

You agree to indemnify and hold Creiden harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt, except where applicable law entitles you to bring proceedings in another forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
