White label web development means an agency sells and manages a website or web application, while a partner like Creiden builds it behind the scenes. The client deals only with the agency and sees only the agency's brand. For the agency, it is a way to take on more projects, or new kinds of work, without hiring and managing a full development team. For us, it means working under your name, following your process, and speaking to your client, when needed, as part of your agency. We sign an NDA before kickoff, and code and IP usually transfer to you on final payment. Agencies use it for single projects, for overflow work that comes and goes, or for a dedicated team that works inside the agency for as long as it is needed.

You bring the client, the brief and usually the design. We turn it into a custom WordPress build: themes, plugins, headless WordPress where it makes sense, and integrations with the tools your client already uses. We start by reviewing the design and the content structure, then agree a scope and, on most projects, a fixed price. During the build you get weekly demos and access to a staging site from day one, so you can review progress with your client on your own schedule. At launch we hand over the site, the code and the documentation under your brand. If your client needs updates or new features later, we can keep supporting the site, still in your name.

Yes. We build iOS and Android apps, either native or cross-platform with Flutter, depending on what the product needs and how fast it has to ship. Many agency projects need an app and a web platform together, and we can build both on one backend, so you manage one partner instead of two. We handle development, testing and store submission, and when needed, we publish under your client's developer accounts so the app belongs to them from the start. You get weekly demos and test builds during development, so you can show progress to your client whenever you like. After launch we can stay on for updates, new features and operating system changes, still working under your brand.

Only if you want them to. On a white-label project we work under your agency's name, and your client deals with you. When your client needs to talk to the team directly, for example in technical meetings with their IT staff, we join as part of your agency, and nothing we deliver carries the Creiden name unless you ask for it. That covers the product itself, the code, the documentation and the handover. Some agencies prefer to introduce us openly as their development partner, and that works too. It is your decision, and we agree on it before kickoff. Either way, we sign an NDA before you share the brief, and we never show your client's work publicly without your permission.

You do, in most projects. Ownership of the source code, designs, documentation and other deliverables usually transfers to your agency on final payment, so you can pass it on to your client as your contract with them requires. The exact terms are agreed in our contract with you before the work starts, so both sides know where they stand from the beginning. At handover you receive the full codebase, access to the repositories and accounts, and the documentation. That means your own team, your client or another partner can continue the work without depending on us, whether the next step is new features, a move to new hosting or a larger rebuild.

Launch is not the end of the project. After go-live we fix any issues that come up, keep an eye on the product, and help your client's team get comfortable with it. Beyond that, many agencies keep us on for ongoing support: updates, security patches, new features and performance work. This runs under your brand, just like the build, so your client keeps dealing with you. We can agree support as a set of planned improvements, or as a monthly arrangement for steady work. If you would rather hand the product over completely, we prepare the documentation and walk your team or your client's team through the codebase.

Most of our white label projects are fixed price. We start with a free 30-minute call to understand your client, the brief and the timeline. Then we scope the work in detail and send you a fixed price split across milestones, so you know your cost before you quote your client. Because the price is set after scoping, it reflects the real work rather than a guess. Ongoing work, such as support or a dedicated team, is invoiced monthly instead. We do not publish rates, because the right figure depends on the scope, the stack and how involved you want us to be. The first call is where we give you a realistic picture.
