Hindam Company is a Saudi-based laundry service provider that needed to move order placement from phone calls to a mobile-first experience. The goal was an app simple enough for daily use, fast enough for repeat customers, and connected enough to give operations a real-time view of orders.
We designed and built the iOS and Android application from scratch. The ordering flow was stripped to two inputs: bag size and contact details. Visual order tracking lets customers follow their laundry through each stage without calling in. The app launched on both the App Store and Google Play.

The answer was to remove every step that was not essential. We stripped the ordering flow to two inputs and built real-time tracking so customers never needed to chase an update. The result was an app customers described as useful and that they returned to without friction.
