ESTBRQ is a Dubai-based, KHDA-accredited healthcare education platform preparing medical professionals across the Middle East for internationally recognized certifications. Their existing site was an information page: static, non-transactional, and built around brochure content rather than course sales or learner management.
We rebuilt everything. A complete rebrand, a full WordPress and LearnDash platform, a bilingual content delivery system for Arabic and English learners, a UAE-tailored loyalty and cashback program, and a purchase flow designed around how healthcare professionals in the GCC actually buy education. 14 weeks from kickoff to launch.
The Challenge
How do you turn an e-learning platform into a revenue-generating platform that competes in the UAE market?
ESTBRQ had the credentials, the courses, and the GCC-wide reach. What they didn't have was a platform that could sell. Their existing site was purely informational — no purchase flow, no learner dashboard, no enrollment management.
The UAE professional education market has specific expectations: content in Arabic and English, course bundles, flexible payment options, and loyalty programs with cashback. Healthcare certification also carries compliance requirements — timed access, live session scheduling, and certificate generation tied to quiz results for KHDA accreditation.

Rebrand & UX design
We started with the full picture: what ESTBRQ needed to sell, who their learners were, and what the UAE professional education market expected. Three weeks of design work covered every page and interaction, from the course catalog and individual course pages to the checkout, the learner profile, and the post-enrollment dashboard.
The rebrand ran in parallel with the UX work. The visual identity needed to carry the authority ESTBRQ had earned in classrooms and clinics into a digital platform that could hold its own in a competitive market.

Purchase journey & course commerce
We built the purchase flow around how professionals buy courses in the UAE: bundled packages, flexible payment options, and a checkout that removes friction from the decision. Course bundles run through LearnDash's core bundling functionality, with payment logic and integration handled through a custom WooCommerce layer.
Every purchase state feeds back into the learner profile. Enrollment triggers automatically. Access windows start from the date of purchase. The commerce layer and the LMS layer talk to each other without manual admin intervention.

Loyalty & rewards system
Loyalty programs are expected in the UAE's professional services space. We built a rewards system aligned to ESTBRQ's course structure: points on purchase, incentives tied to course completion, and a cashback mechanism that gives returning learners a reason to stay on the platform.
The entire system is managed through the CMS. The marketing team can adjust rewards, run discount campaigns, and review engagement data without touching the codebase.

LMS integration & bilingual delivery
The LMS layer was the most technically demanding part of the build. Full LearnDash integration for course delivery and tracking, with a bilingual video system that lets learners select Arabic or English recordings per course. Their selection is stored against their profile and can only be changed through the admin panel, which protects content integrity for accreditation purposes.
Recorded lesson access is timed from enrollment and expires after 6 months. Live sessions display only upcoming slots, with automated notifications sent to enrolled learners before each session. Certificate generation runs on course completion, verified and shareable through a purpose-built plugin.
