Hindam Company is specialized in Laundry Services in Saudi Arabia. The niche they are using is being accessible through mobile application and also delivering within 24 hours of pickup.

 

Our Approach

Our challenge here was a UX one which was how to build an application that would be used on daily basis and make the process of ordering as simple as possible. Also, we focused on how the customer can track his order in a neat visual way. We build the system so that the customer can submit an order within 2 screens only (Choose your Laundry bag size – Submit your details).

 

The Result

The Customers were satisfied a lot by the application. They found it useful and helpful.
